I am 29 yeat old female I have 4 kids and had an epidural with all my labor had to be induced every year since my mid to lower back pain continues to get worse the last spell I could barely get out the of bed and not sure if it connected buy now both of my knees wake me up hurting very bad and my knees fill like they grind at times I have tried therapy for both and constantly heat and ice NOTHING has worked not IB Proven Tylenol advile
