I Am 29 Yrs Old .My Periods Are Irregular .6

I am 29 yrs old .My periods are irregular .6 month back i taken ovuloc LD for two months as contraceptive tablet .9 months back i did ultra sound scan nd the report is posterior wall fibroid(1.5cms ) nd fundal sub serous fibroid (3).Nw two nd half months over periods r not came . can i take primolute N 5mg nd after tat can i continue ovuloc LD for regular periods .Is there any problem if i use for year ovuloc ld for pregancy plz help me
