I Am 29.I Have Scanty Of Menstrual Flow.In Last Few

I am 29.I have scanty of menstrual flow.In last few years my period has reduced to 2 days..now it is even less..and the flow is not good. but my period is regular.recently l am diagonised with PCOS.I have some facial hair growth.I am suggested to take M2 tone tablets.I want to know
1.Can m2 tone be used to treat scanty but regular flow beacuse it is normally used to treat heavy flow?

2.Is M2 tone tablet and M 2 tone syrup equally good for treatment of scanty flow?

3.what are the possible side effects of M2 tone tablet and syrup?
