I Am 3 1/2 Weeks After Surgery Still Some Pain

I am 3 1/2 weeks after surgery still some pain and using a cane going to therapy 3 times a week and home therapy everyday. I seem to be tired all the time and knee still pretty stiff I started going into office 3 times this week can only handle about an hour at a time is this normal
