I Am 3 Months Out From Having An Ablation Done

I am 3 months out from having an ablation done for persistent Afib. I have been in sinus rhythm the entire past 3 months but am experiencing rapid heart beat while resting. I am able to run and remain quite active. I was with the understanding the palpitations would be over by now. Doctor says to give a bit more time and then do a sleep monitor. Thanks for any feedback.
