I am 3 months pregnant. I am already taking folivate as folic acid supplement. 2 weeks ago my doc prescribed me Shelcal 500 and Orofer XT as iron and calcium meds. But i am confused about when to take those meds. Can you suggest me at what should i take these meds.??
