I Am 3 Weeks After TAH And Still Sore Inside

I am 3 weeks after TAH and still sore inside and out especially in a protruding lump below the incision scar lower left. Should I still be having much pain in gut before b.mvts which are extra frequent, and are my spasms in lower back every morning the direct result of the operation (Haven't had these for 30 years) I am now 78 and feeling very sorry for myself !
