I Am 30 Year Old Male With Mechanical Aortic Valve

I am 30 Year old Male with Mechanical aortic valve (replacement date is 3rd December 2014).
My job nature is 8 to 9 hours sitting.
Physical activity:- walking 1 to 1.5 kms DAILY.

CHOLESTROL-230,
TRIGLYCERIDES-191,
CHOL.HDL-37,
LDL-155,
ULTRASOUND REPORT-GRADE 1 Fatty infiltration of liver.

INR 3.8

Earlier medicines I am taking-
Acitrom 3mg, Amtas 2.5 , Ecosprin 75.

Symptoms :-
1.Acidity
2.Abodminal Pain
3.Discomfort
4.Loss of appetite
5. High Constipation.
6 Black stool.

Please suggest what should I do?
Please suggest a diet plan to control this.
