I am 30 year, male.
I have been over masturbating for very long now and started to feel regular pain around my lower abdomen (both side) and testicles as well. May be because of these pains, I find pain in my legs as well. I had ultrasound done for hernia, but the reports are all okay; I am very sure that it is due to over masturbation. Please suggest what should I do?
