I am 30 years old. 5'5, 140 lbs. I had a colopscopy and biopsy a week ago. I had some light bleeding on and off throughout the week and then I just woke up at 1am, stood up and felt a gush, I fiiled a pad with fresh red blood and two blood clots the size of a sunglass lense. There has been no odor which I know is a sign of infection, but this doesn't seem right after one week, out of nowhere. I have not even resumed exercising. I also had a baby 12 weeks ago.
