I Am 30 Years Old And Have Had Paragard IUD

I am 30 years old and have had paragard IUD for 8 years. I have regular menstration that last 4 days. Recently I have had some concerns. Last month I only spotted for 3 days and then had one regular flow day. This month my menstration started with a pretty large clot regular flow for 1 1/2 day then just spotting. My last day was 2 days ago. This afternoon I had a rush of blood that didn't last long before the blood turned brown. Could this be a pregnancy concern or any major concern?
