I Am 30 Years Old And Have Pain On My

I am 30 years old and have pain on my lower right side. I had my appendix removed when I was 9. The pain radiates into my back. Ibuphrofen does nothing. I had an ultra sound today and the tech said my right ovary looked pretty good. I had problems as a teenager with this ovary. My doctor put me on the pill, the pain went away for about a week and is back. Does this sound like a cyst?
