I Am 30 Yrs Old Female.married Since 4.5 Yrs. When

I am 30 yrs old female.married since 4.5 yrs. When I went for a gynaec checkup,doctor advised me to check TSH. Report says that TSH(ELFA- VIDAS) value is 3.20uIU/ml. The docto advised me to take thyronorm 25 mcg daily morning.He also explained to me that TSH value should be lessthan or equal to 2.5 while trying for a pregnancy.Is that the reason for not conceiving yet?
