I Am 30yr Of Indian Female. My Hair Has Gradually

I am 30yr of Indian female. My hair has gradually began to thin. My scalp was visible on left of my head but now all over my head I can see the scalp and quite less hair to cover it. I am a vegetarian and I live in Norway from past 5 years. No hereditary problems and I don't have any health issues except stress and GERD
