I Am 30yr Old Female. Non Smoking But Social Drinker.

I am 30yr old female. Non smoking but social drinker. I have had what i thought was a cold for approx 3 weeks. Cough, phlegm, running nose, congestion, dry cough too. Sore tonsils. raspy voice from coughing. Eating and drinking normally. Very tired but no fever. Woke up this morning wtip pea sized lump in center tongue towards tip. I have never had this before and wondering what it could be?
