I Am 31 And Have A Bump That Is A

I am 31 and have a bump that is a little bigger than a pea in size and it looks kinda bluish under the skin but the bump is hard and itches off and on and is very painful all the time! It doesn't hurt when I use the restroom except when I wipe obviously. Kinda worried what it might be cuz its actually not the first time this has happened. I wanna say it happens like once in 3 to 6 months. Is this something I should be worried about and what is it?
