I Am 31 Weeks Pregnant And My Blood Rh Is

I am 31 weeks pregnant and my blood rh is negative. previously I had one miscarriage at 12 weeks. I got my ICT test done and the result is positive. Then my Dr. Asked to get the Test for ICT in dilution which result in 1:2.
I wanted to know will it be complicated delivery for me. Again in 34 weeks I have to get the Test done for ICT in dilution and will be followed with anti D injection which was not given after I had my miscarriage.
