I Am 31 Years Old ,I'm A Pcos Patient Got

I am 31 years old ,I'm a pcos patient got pregnant with the use of metformin with clomid but gave birth at 7month but later lost the child after a month of delivery,which was in January. I had a normal period for two months after the birth of my daughter,after wards have been having light blood period and at time normal blood period,but dis month I started my period on the 3rd with a little light spotting for a week which after normal blood came but now I'm still bleeding with black clot of bloodtoday is the 17th day,my last period also lastest for 2 -3 weeks and also I was weighing 82kg but now I weight 78kg.pls help thankz
