I Am 32 Weeks Pregnant And One Of My Feet

I am 32 weeks pregnant and one of my feet and ankle is very swollen. My skin feels like it's going to rip open when i put pressure on it and nothing seems to be helping take the swelling down. I also have been noticing my Blood pressure has been high. 140s/70s when I'm usually 90s/50s. I put in a call to the nurse at my Dr's office 2 days ago and have not received a call back yet. Should i go to the emergency room or wait?
