Appearance turbid
pH 5
Albumin ++
Pus cells 10-12
RBC 4-6
Epithelial cells >50
Mucus nil
Bacteria +
Crystal(calcium oxalate) present

Culture and sensitiviry report shows
No growth obtained after 36 hrs of aerobic incubation

Is there anything to worry if so whats the treatmeant
