I Am 32 Year Old, Married 6 Years Back. My

I am 32 year old, married 6 years back. My height is157 cms and weight is 93 kg.I am having obesity and so many health issues like back pain,migraine,Allergy problems etc.We are trying for a baby for the past 3 years.But my periods was irregular and sometimes it won't happened for 5/6 months. I have consulted a gynecologist and now my periods is regular.I have done follicular study 2 times.One in March 2014 and one in this month. When I consulted doctor after the follicular study in 2014 she said that there is no egg growth. This time I have completed only 2 days of the study. The details are mentioned below:

The scanning people told me to consult my doctor as the R.O reached 19 mm and told that sometimes I need to take injection.Please tell me the purpose of the injection and I would like to know whether I am having enough follicle size and endometrial thickness to get conceive. And whether my doctor can say the best day to contact after checking this? Please clarify.
