I Am 32 Years Old. I Am Having A Lot

I am 32 years old. I am having a lot of pain in my left lower jaw near the wisedom tooth. Xray indicates vertical eruption. I am under medicines metrogyl, novalox, zerodal and for more pain Ketorol-DT. I have been taking these medicines past 4 days and still have the pain. I am also doing saltwater gagling and dont see any change in the pain. My tooth is slightly visible in the gum but covered under soft tissue, which the dentist says must have got infected. What should I do? Should U go for uperculum removal or tooth extraction? Should I do the procedure now or after the infection goes? Why am i still having pain even after taking antibiotics for 4 days.
