I am 32 years old. I am healthy with no other physical/medical conditions.
Every morning when I get up, in fact in the early stages of morning even when I am asleep, I feel a pain in chest. The pain is more on the left side. It also affects my movements i.e it hurts more if I try to switch sides. However the pain goes away in few hour of waking up and nor is the pain there when i go to sleep. It seems as if something builds up overnight and causes the issue. Not sure though !
