I Am 32 Years Old, Have Had 3 Kids. I

I am 32 years old, have had 3 kids. I got the permanent birth control called Ensure in June of this year. First, I was bleeding for 3 almost 4 solid months non-stop. Then it stopped for about 2 weeks. Then I assumed this time it was my period. So I thought it would stop after the 7th day and it hasn't. I haven't gone back to get the dye test because I'm self conscious about getting checked when I'm bleeding. The Dr that did it was a referral from my mother-n-law who moved to Florida 3 weeks later. I just want the bleeding to stop. I'm sure I just need to suck it up and go to another Dr. But I would just like to see if I can get any answers on why and is the Ensure making this happen? I have no pain what so ever just bleeding. Thank you so much for any information or advise you can give me besides go to a Dr. Thanks
