I Am 33 And I Am Suffering From Left Scapular

I am 33 and I am suffering from left scapular pain from last 10 days and it is all over the scapular region.aching pain is also present in triceps and forearm region and numbness is also present in my thumb,index and middle finger.the pain get worse when I lay down and relieved while get up.I tried pain killers and muscle relaxant but of no use.please help
