I Am 33 Have Been Having Chest Heaviness With Some

I am 33 have been having chest heaviness with some coughing, feeling exhausted. My friend had bronchitis and I know the flu season is here. May this go away most likely without antibiotics or should I definitely go to the dr. I just dont want to overreact. Thank you for any help.
