I Am 33 Weeks Pregnant And For The Last 2

I am 33 weeks pregnant and for the last 2 and half weeks have felt like my windpipe has shrunk? Please don't think I'm daft! It hurts to eat and drink, feels like something stuck in there and wont come out! My throat is sore and am constantly getting hicups, any idea on what might be the problem?
