I Am 33 Years Old And 35.5 Weeks Pregnant With

I am 33 years old and 35.5 weeks pregnant with my second child. With this pregnancy we found out that I showed up positive with the Anti-kidd antibody. Also my hemoglobin came out to 8.6 today and I have been having random bruising, should I be concerned?
