I Am 33 Years Old And I Have Notice That

I am 33 years old and I have notice that I am getting lumps on my body over the last couple of months that are not going away. I never had them before. When I go online it seems like they might be cysts. There is one on my right forearm, one just below my nose and now I have one on the liner lip of my vagina (this one hurts, the other two do not.) Why am I getting them? Should I be worried that this is happening?
