I Am 33yr Young And On My 2nd Pregnancy. I'm

I am 33yr young and on my 2nd pregnancy. I'm very nauseated all day long...nothing helps. Have not tried Gravol, is it safe. I'm in my 12th week and can't swallow pills....just make me throw up. I'm taking Diclectin 4 pills daily and it doesn't help. I have a 15mo. Old toddler and I am not able to take my "Pre-natal " bits.
