I Am 34 Weeks Pregnant And Each Time I Wake

I am 34 weeks pregnant and Each time I wake up to go to the bathroom, I have to push myself up but when I do that, something always pops up in my vagina feels like my cervix area? I always have to pee standing in order to pee it all but theres that one bit that never wants to come out. I get paper and put it down there and wait a few seconds to let it come and when it does come down, a different scent and color show. Im not sure if I should be worried about what pops or the different scent!!!!!
