I Am 34 Weeks Pregnant And I Noticed What Seems

I am 34 weeks pregnant and I noticed what seems to be a ball looking thing in my vagina. It seems super swollen and I've also been experiencing a good amount of vaginal fluid "squirt" out. It's consistency is mucus like. Odorless... I've never seen this in my vagina though... Any explanation as to what it can be? I've been really swollen down there but this is new.
