I Am 34 Weeks Pregnant And Today For The Last

I am 34 weeks pregnant and today for the last couple hours I have had extreme pain. Best way to describe it is my groin feels like it is ripping apart. The pain shoots through my back. I feel like I could throw up. I can hardly walk. This is my second pregnancy but this is much different than my first. An emt even saw me and was worried I was so pale and wanted me to go to the hospital. Am I in labor? I have a scheduled c section for December 19th because last pregnancy I got a dvt and pulmonary embolism after my c section because I am factor 5. I'm currently on lovanox 4mg injections.
