I Am 34 Weeks Pregnant My Mucus Plug Came Out

I am 34 weeks pregnant my mucus plug came out a few days ago, my baby has dropped completely, I am in terrible pain, and this morning I woke up in a puddle of clear fluid but it wasnt my water that broke...could labor be just around the corner for me?
