I Am 34 Years Old. I Had Two Miscarriages Last

I am 34 years old. I had two miscarriages last 2 years. so I got treatments this year from January. I was asked to have Panfor SR 500 daily. I used it 3 months and I stopped them. I got conceived again in last July and I am almost 2 1/2 months pregnant now. The doctor adviced me to have Panfor SR 500 before half and hour to the breakfast daily until 3 months.I would like to know why should I have them. I didn't have diabetes or any other illnesses except having 2 miscarriages.please let me know what is the use of Panfor SR 500?
