I Am 35 From Xxxia.I Was Operated For Hydrocele When

I am 35 from xxxia.I was operated for hydrocele when I was 18 years old.The size of testicles have almost returned to normal but the skin and surrounding muscles have are still hanging loose around it.only at cold times they are tight on testicles.Now I have been detected with Low Testetron for consecutively 3 years.Is it due to the opeartion I have lost virility.I have a 6 year old child.The arousal and Libido is also limited now.PE and ED are now a normal for me.
