I Am 35 Weeks Pregnant. Last Week I Was Sick

I am 35 weeks pregnant. Last week I was sick with bronchitis and on Amoxicillan. I finished the meds on Monday. I still have a productive cough but overall symptoms are better. However, this morning I woke up and my right ear hurts, my neck muscles on the right side are tender, and my face hurts on the right side. No temperature. I am tired, but feel that is pregnancy related. Suggestions on what to do? I have an appt Tuesday with my OB.
