I Am 35 Year Old My Weight Is 58 Kg

I am 35 year old my weight is 58 kg and my current BP is about 120/80. I have some skin problem like I use steroid ointment prescribed by dermatologist, But not feel more better.mild cough formation felling create from towards right neck side,I am suffering from gastritis, usually burning sensation in my stomuch after meal and uncomfortable feel in breathing. Usually feel vomiting early morning when wash my mouth. Plz advice me ?
