I Am 35 Years Old , Had A C-section 5

I am 35 years old , had a c-section 5 years ago and had tubes tied . I had my period last week pretty normal , but now all of a sudden I'm spotting here and there when I wipe , no cramps but tender breast , there's a small smell also and indication what I should do or could I be pregnant
