I Am 35 Yr Old And Got Diagnosed With Diabetes

I am 35 yr old and got diagnosed with diabetes level 292 after lunch.

Doc started medicines amryl1mg and mefomin500(one each per day). I want your opinion that how soon I will be able to control sugar and is there any side effects of these medicines?

Also let me know whether taking evion 400 along will these will help in quick control?
