I Am 35 Yrs Old, Married For 6 Yrs, One

I am 35 yrs old, married for 6 yrs, one child age 4 yrs. weight 69 kg, height 5'4", BP & sugar normal, having PE (IELT <20 sec) since married. feel very much anxious for little bit of problem and to some extent panic also. I have tried with Ayurveda & homeopathy, but not getting desire result. I have read from various journal that there is no medicine to cure PE except some SSRI (antidepressant med) which has some serious side effect. Only dapoxetine may be used on demand basis. Please suggest what type of medicine /treatment shall I take to overcome this situation.
