I Am 35yrs Old With 2 Kids. I Had A

I am 35yrs old with 2 kids. I had a transvaginal ultrasound for metrorrhagia. Results showed cyst in the endometrial region and functional cyst in right ovary possibly complicated by hemorrhage such as a corpus luteum cyst. Dr wants me to do a b-HCG(I have not missed a period and urine hcg was negative) to rule out gestational cyst.

What could the cyst be? I highly doubt that I am pregnant.
