I Am 36, Male. 6', 165 Lbs I Have Felt

I am 36, male. 6', 165 lbs I have felt a litlle off this morning, a little fatigue, preesure in my head. A little ache in my chest in arms (maybe due to strees) I went a local pharmicist and Checked my blood pressure and it was 142/82. I had a full blood panel done last week and everything was pretty good. Bad cholestrol a little high. Low vitamin D reading. Doc said everything is normal and we'll work on getting your cholestral down. I'm Curious about the blood pressure reading today. Thanks
