I Am 36 Weeks Along. I Was Told I Jad

I am 36 weeks along. I was told i jad a UTI so i am on meds for it. Today started an off warming and cooling sensation on my down area. It is also buffy. Should i be worried?due to this delivery is set up for a c-section i am worried i am going into labor and not know it.
