I Am 36 Weeks And 5 Days With 2 Cm

I am 36 weeks and 5 days with 2 cm dilation and almost completely effaced. Baby's head is down but I forgot to ask his station ( I was 1 cm last week and 50% effaced). Also i was experiencing intense lower back and abdominal pressure/pain. My midwife asked if I wanted a membrane sweep for next week's appointment at 37.5 weeks and wanted to see if that is optimal or if I should wait it out. I just want to do what's best for baby.
