I Am 36 Weeks Pregnant And I Am Having Orange

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I am having Orange urine and a lot of yellowish discharge. I drink a lot of water so I don't think I'm dehydrated... I've had a lot of pressure and lower back pain which my Dr says is normal. So Im just not sure what the discharge and orange urine is from or if I should be concerned...
