I Am 36 Years Old Female.had A Brain MRI And

I am 36 years old female.had a brain MRI and today my ENT told me that I have fungus infection in one sphenoid sinus and other infection on the other sphenoid and ethmoid sinus.he prescribed tavanic antibiotic and corticosteroid inhaler for ten days and told me that I will need a surgery to remove the sphenoid fungus. I am scared is there any treatment to avoid the surgery ? What are the risks of the surgery ?
