I am 37 female and I often get panic attacks at night and daytime sometimes I feel pressure at heart and while sleeping straight I feel uncomfortable I checked my bp its120\80 and found that my heart beat was irregular and soft is it normal 3years back I had done tmt and echocardiography colour and blowpipe test every thing was normal doi have to do any test further
