I Am 37 Weeks Pregnant. On Wednesday Woke Up In

I am 37 weeks pregnant. On Wednesday woke up in pool of liquid thought it was my water. Went to labor and delivery, checked not water breaking. Thursday came down with flu that whole family has. Held nothing down. Also on Thursday I started noticing neon orange tinted urine when I wiped. Went to doctor Thursday for flu, was checked for kidney infections and dehydration. Now sAturday, still neon orange when I wipe. In addition, my lower back hurts really bad and all I can do to relieve it is lay in the tub. What does the Orange mean?
