I Am 37 Weeks Pregnant And The Last 3 Times

I am 37 weeks pregnant and the last 3 times that I have thrown up I have had a good amount to go blood. The first time the blood was in toilet, all over seat, on my hands and shirt. The 2nd and 3rd time was not as much but I can not tell if it's coming from my stomach or from my nose
